Delhi HC Warns Delhi Chief Secretary of Contempt, Directs Him to Appear Before Assembly Panel - 13.07.2018

The order came after the counsel for Delhi Legislative Assembly, the Speaker and two panels informed the court that three officers, including chief secretary Anshu Prakash, were neither appearing before the committees, nor giving reply to the information sought from them.
