Failure to Fill Part-B of E-way Bill Would Attract Penalty: Madhya Pradesh HC - 13.07.2018

Madhya Pradesh High Court, while upholding a penalty order passed by the GST department, has held that filing Part-B of the E-Way Bill is a mandatory requirement and failure to do the same would attract penalty under Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017.
