Millennium Bus Depot’s days may be numbered

Delhi High Court dismissed an application by the Delhi Transport Corporation for an extension of time to seek a change in land use from the Delhi Development Authority. Noting legal proceedings that stemmed from a petition against the DTC’s building of a bus depot in Delhi on land designated as flood plain, the Court noted that DDA had rejected a change of land use, opting instead to allocate land elsewhere.
