Supreme Court Issues Notice on Petition Seeking Court Monitored Probe in Illegal Mining in AP - 10.07.2018

Supreme Court has sought the Centre’s response on a plea seeking a court-monitored SIT or CBI probe into the alleged illegal mining being carried out by the Trimex Group in Andhra Pradesh.
