Industrial Development Authority Can't be Considered as ‘Municipality’: Supreme Court - 09.07.2018

Supreme Court has held that New Okhla Industrial Development Authority (Noida) cannot be a treated as a ‘municipality’ to exempt it from payment of income tax.
