Property Tax Paid in Respect of Leased Property is Allowable as Expenditure: ITAT - 09.07.2018

Delhi bench of Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT) has held that tenant is eligible for deduction in respect of the amount of property tax paid on leased property.
