Uttarakhand HC: Animals' 'Legal Rights, Duties & Liabilities' Same As That of a Living Person - 06.07.2018

Uttarakhand High Court has declared that all animals, whether avian or aquatic species, fall under the purview of law with the same 'rights, duties and liabilities' of a living person.
