Bombay HC Makes it Difficult to Represent ‘Party in Person’ in Court - 26.10.2015

Representing ‘party in person', will soon become difficult in Maharashtra as Bombay HC has passed fresh set of rules which states that anyone who wants to appear as ‘party in person’ will first be vetted by a High Court-appointed committee. The committee will decide it.
