Bombay HC Cancels Conviction of Court Clerk in Bribe Case - 26.10.2015

Bombay HC has cancelled conviction of a HC clerk who was caught taking bribe after a trap was laid by Anti-Corruption Bureau. The court said that setting bait to a public servant and then trapping him is practically amounting to abetment of offence and artificially creating crime.
