Bombay HC to Magnasound and Sony: Hand Over Masters and Other Material Back to Official Liquidator - 23.10.2015

Bombay HC has ordered Sony Music and Magnasound India to hand over masters and other material back to official liquidator. Magnasound India had made albums with Bhosle, Alisha Chinai, Daler Mehendi, Baba Sehgal and Adnan Sami. The company had been in liquidation since the late 1990s.
