Bank Not Liable to Deduct TDS from Interest Paid to Noida Authority: ITAT, Delhi - 20.06.2018

Delhi Bench of Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT) has held that Axis bank is not liable to deduct TDS from the interest paid or credited to Noida Authority.
