Goods Can’t be Seized for Non-Filling of Part B of E-Way Bill: Allahabad HC - 19.06.2018

Allahabad High Court has ruled that the goods cannot be seized for non-filling of Part B of the E-Way Bill transported within a distance of 50kms.
