Uttarakhand High Court Says 'No' to Master Plan Notified By State Govt Sans MoEF Approval - 19.06.2018

Uttarakhand High Court has quashed Master Plan for Mussoorrie & Dehradun which was notified by the state without seeking approval from the Ministry of Environment and Forests, Government of India.
