Delhi HC Restrains DU from Taking Action against Narain - 21.10.2015

Delhi HC has restrained Delhi University (DU) from taking any action against DUTA president and St Stephen's professor Nandita Narain, who sought a stay on move to initiate inquiry proceedings against her for allegedly interfering in the functioning of three colleges.
