Generation of E-Way Bill Depend on Interstate-Movement of Goods, Not Supply: CBIC - 12.06.2018

Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs ( CBIC ) has clarified that the generation of E-Way bill is not dependent on whether a supply is inter-state or not but on whether the movement of goods is interstate or not.
