NCLT Admits Andhra Bank’s Insolvency Plea Against Sterling - 12.06.2018

National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has admitted the insolvency petition filed by Andhra Bank against Mumbai-based Sterling Biotech Ltd, which owes around ?4,000 crore to a consortium of lenders.
