NCLT Asks Alok Industries RP to Reconsider Plan Submitted by RIL - 12.06.2018

Ahmedabad bench of National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has directed the Resolution Professional (RP) for Alok Industries to reconsider the resolution plan submitted by Reliance Industries (RIL) and JM Financial ARC.
