Delhi HC Junks DTC's Millennium Depot plea - 21.10.2015

Delhi HC has junked a plea from Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC) for six months time to approach Delhi Development Authority (DDA) to change land use of the site where Millennium Bus Depot is located, saying it was an abuse of court process to seek extension of time after undertaking to shift it.
