Kerala HC Junks State Govt.'s Tax Demand on Flipkart, Myntra - 21.10.2015

Kerala HC while allowing petition by Flipkart and Myntra against commercial tax department's order imposing more than Rs 49 crore penalty for alleged violation of State's tax laws, has said how they could levy tax or penalty in absence of any material to suggest that returns filed had been rejected.
