Delhi HC Issues Notice on Plea of Eyewitnesses Seeking Protection in Hashimpura Massacre - 21.10.2015

Delhi High Court has served notice to UP Police and the 16 UP PAC personnel accused of involvement in the 1987 Hashimpura massacre on a plea filed by the eyewitnesses in the case seeking protection.
