NCLT Admits Proceedings Against Shri Lakshmi Cotsyn - 05.06.2018

National Company Law Tribunal has admitted insolvency proceedings against BSE-listed Shri Lakshmi Cotsyn after the Kanpur-based textile manufacturer failed to repay nearly Rs 4,000 crore in loans to a consortium of about 10 lenders led by Central Bank of India.
