No Service Tax on Ambulance Services Provided to Govt by Pvt Service Providers: CBIC - 05.06.2018

Central Board of Indirect Tax and Customs (CBIC) has clarified that Service Tax cannot be levied on Ambulance Services provided to the Government by the private service providers under the National Health Mission (NHM).
