Arbitrator Can’t Issue Further Directions in an Award Without Proper ‘Adjudication': Delhi HC - 04.06.2018

Delhi High Court has held that an arbitrator cannot issue further ‘directions’ in an award based on settlement, without hearing both the parties in a process of adjudication.
