Kerala HC Allows Unmarried Couple to Stay Together, Says 'Can't Shut Eyes to Live-in Relationships' - 01.06.2018

A division bench of Kerala high court, comprising Justice V Chitambaresh and Justice K P Jyothindranath, dismissed a petition filed by the girl’s father and said that such partners cannot be separated by the issue of a writ of a habeas corpus provided they are major.
