POCSO Act is Gender Neutral: Delhi High Court - 01.06.2018

Delhi High Court has upheld the conviction of a man for sodomizing a 6-year-old boy and sentenced him to rigorous imprisonment of 15 years under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.
