Delhi High Court Denies to Entertain Plea on AIMIM ‘Religious’ Name - 20.10.2015

Delhi High Court has denied to entertain a plea filed by an MCD school teacher against use of “religious” name by All India Majlis-E-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) on the grounds that it violated constitutional principles and the rules of electoral conduct.
