Gujarat High Court Stays Government Bid to Construct Houses on Waterbody - 29.05.2018

Gujarat High Court has questioned State's move to de-notify a waterbody in Vadodara thereby paving way for a private developer to construct houses for people of economically weaker section on the waterbody.
