Rajasthan Vexatious Litigation (Prevention) Bill, 2015

Taking heart from Madhya Pradesh’s somewhat inappropriately timed ‘Tang Karnewali Mukadmebazi (Nivaran) Vidheyak’ or Vexatious Litigation (Prevention) Act, 2015, the State of Rajasthan has proposed to introduce in its legislative assembly the Rajasthan Vexatious Litigation (Prevention) Bill, 2015. The Bill aims to prevent institution and continuance of civil and criminal proceedings by those who institute vexatious litigation habitually and without any reasonable ground.
