Supreme Court Refuses to Allow Pregnant DU Student to Appear in LLB Exams - 24.05.2018

The law student had sought a direction to the DU to permit her to appear in the fourth semester LLB examination which had commenced on May 16, after falling short of the 70 per cent attendance criteria due to pregnancy.
