Imposing Tax on Un-Communicated Proposal Amounts to Natural Justice Violation: Madras HC - 21.05.2018

Madras High Court has ruled that imposing a tax on proposals that are uncommunicated to the Assessee shall amount to the violation of the principles of natural justice.
