Deposit Rs 1,000 Crore by June 15 to Avoid Liquidation: Supreme Court to Jaypee - 17.05.2018

Supreme Court has stayed the liquidation process of Jaypee Infratech, subject to its parent Jaiprakash Associates Ltd (JAL) depositing Rs 1,000 crore with the court registry by June 15.
