Supreme Court to Supertech: Pay Rs 5 Crore More to Refund Home Buyers - 16.05.2018

Supreme Court has directed Supertech Ltd to deposit Rs. 5 crore more within four weeks to refund to the home-buyers who have taken loan from banks and opted out of its building project in Noida area of Uttar Pradesh.
