Madras High Court Dismisses DMK Plea for Disqualification of O. Panneerselvam - 01.05.2018

Madras High Court has dismissed petitions seeking disqualification of Tamil Nadu Deputy Chief Minister O. Panneerselvam and 10 other MLAs for having defied the party whip in February, 2017.
