Supreme Court Refuses Urgent Hearing on a Plea Regarding Non-elevation of Justice KM Joseph - 27.04.2018

Supreme Court has refused to stay Indu Malhotra's appointment and said it was the Centre's prerogative to seek reconsideration of a name recommended for appointment as a judge of a constitutional court.
