NGT Forms Expert Committee to Study Ecological Balance in Shimla - 19.10.2015

National Green Tribunal (NGT) has constituted an expert committee to study forests, sewage system, water supply and carrying capacity strength of the hills, concerned over rapid construction activity in Shimla.
