Delhi High Court Seeks Logic Behind New Law on Child Rape - 24.04.2018

Delhi High Court has questioned the move that allows courts to award death penalty to those convicted of raping children below 12 years of age and asked the Centre if any scientific assessment was conducted before the ordinance was approved.
