Allahabad HC Upholds Lt.-Gen. (retd.) Zameer Uddin Shah’s Appointment as AMU V-C - 19.10.2015

Allahabad HC has upheld appointment of Lt.-Gen. (retd.) Zameer Uddin Shah as the Vice-Chancellor (V-C) of Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) and dismissed a petition alleging that he was appointed in violation of rules framed by University Grants Commission.
