LCI 274th Report: Not Necessary to Make Any Amendment to Contempt of Court Act - 19.04.2018

Law Commission of India has submitted the 274th report titled “Review Of Contempt Of Court Act 1971 (Limited To S.2 Of The Act)” to the Ministry of Law And Justice suggesting that the Commission does not consider it necessary to make any amendment therein for the present.
