Orissa HC: Criminal Case Can’t Be Quashed Merely Because Victim Didn’t Support Prosecution Case - 18.04.2018

Orissa High Court has observed that merely because the victim did not support the prosecution case during trial in respect of the co-accused persons, the same cannot be a ground to quash the criminal proceeding against the accused.
