SC Asks Jaiprakash Associates to Deposit Rs. 100 Crore by May 10 - 16.04.2018

Supreme Court has asked realty firm Jaiprakash Associates Limited to deposit Rs. 100 crore with its registry by May 10 and directed the Insolvency Resolution Professional to consider the representation of JAL on revival plans as per law.
