Allahabad HC Seeks Govt.’s Reply over Detention of Medha Patkar - 16.10.2015

Allahabad HC on plea challenging detention of social activist Medha Patkar in Allahabad when she was going to meet villagers protesting against acquisition of their land for power plant at Kachri in Karchana tehsil, has directed State Govt. and District Administration to file their replies.
