Delhi HC Reduces Sentence Imposed on Man Who Killed Five - 16.04.2018

Delhi High Court has reduced the sentence imposed upon an Indian Reserve Battalion Constable who had shot dead five of his colleagues for trying to sodomise him while guarding a bank in the Capital from life term to 10 years in jail, saying the offence took place on a “sudden provocation”.
