SC Rejects Plea against PM Modi over 2012 Gujarat Assembly Election Affidavit - 16.10.2015

Supreme Court has rejected plea seeking legal action against Prime Minister Narendra Modi for allegedly filing a defective affidavit relating to his marital status during 2012 Gujarat Assembly elections.
