Delhi HC Raps UGC For Denying NET Certificate To Candidate With Higher Qualification Degree - 12.04.2018

Delhi High Court has rapped the University Grants Commission (UGC) for denying the National Eligibility Test (NET) certificate to a candidate who held a higher qualification degree than what was prescribed by it.
