Court Raps CBI for Framing Ex- Telecom Secretary Shyamal Ghosh, 3 Telecoms in 2G Case - 16.10.2015

A Special Court has rapped CBI for filing a “false and fabricated“ chargesheet against former Telecom Secretary Shyamal Ghosh and three telecom firms, Bharti Cellular, Hutchison Max and Sterling Cellular in 2G case.
