NCRDC: 'A Finance Company Can't Seize Vehicle Without Prior Notice' - 09.04.2018

National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCRDC) has said that a finance company cannot forcibly take possession of a vehicle for non-payment of dues without sending a notice to the borrower.
