Criminal Proceedings for Late Deposit of TDS Can’t be Challenged Through Writ Petition: Delhi HC - 09.04.2018

Delhi High Court has held that criminal proceedings initiated for late deposit of TDS cannot be challenged through a writ petition when it’s under the consideration of the trial court.
