Allahabad HC Looks for Reply from UP Govt. over Appointment of CIC - 16.10.2015

Allahabad High Court on a plea alleging that the procedure adopted by the committee in selections of Chief Information Commissioner (CIC) was not in accordance with law, has sought a reply from Uttar Pradesh Government over appointing Javed Usmani as CIC.
