Gauhati HC Serves Notice to State Govt. over Bicycle Scam - 16.10.2015

Gauhati HC while taking cognizance of a complaint of alleged scam in the procurement of women's bicycles by Directorate of Secondary Education, Assam, under a government scheme, has issued notices to State Government, Director of Secondary Education and other bicycle supplier companies.
