Supreme Court Repels Challenge Against Sec. 70 Of IT Act - 02.04.2018

Supreme Court has repelled challenge to the constitutional validity of Section 70 of the Information Technology Act 2000, which gives power to the government to declare any computer resource as ‘protected system’.
